The 25 Deans Immerse Themselves in Module 4 of International Deans' Course LA in Guatemala

Our twenty-five international deans are currently engaged in a fruitful learning experience in Guatemala, participating in Module 4 of the International Deans' Course Latinamerica.

The four-day program, which began on March 11th, delves deeper into Freakonomics, Cross-Cutural Management, Gender and Diversity Management, Leadership and the Strategic Action Plan. The deans, hailing from diverse backgrounds, are actively engaged in the program, finding it to be a highly rewarding experience.

This international immersion program fosters not only academic growth but also cultural understanding and collaboration among future leaders.
