The European and first face-to-face phase of the prestigious International Deans' Course Latin America has concluded successfully, bringing together participants from across Latin America for two weeks of intensive learning and cultural exchange.
Module 1: Germany
The first module of the course took place at Saarland University in Germany, where participants delved into Financial Management of Higher Education Institution, University - Industry Cooperation, Internationalisation of Higher Education Institutions, Human Resources & Leadership and On-line & Curricular Strategies. UsD experts from those fields shared their knowledge and insights, providing a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
Module 2: Spain
The second module was hosted by the University of Alicante in Spain, focusing on Financial Management & Fundraising for HEIs, Quality Management & Accreditation, Strategic Planning & Human Resources. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, practical workshops, and cultural activities, enriching their learning experience.
