"Let the assignments begin"
As part of the new cohort, you can now start working on your very first assignments, which you will be expected to send via e-mail no later than 31 August, 23:59 CEST (a few days prior to Module 0).
(1) Presentation Video:
Before Module 0 starts, each participant is expected to introduce themselves and their own institution. We kindly ask you to prepare a short (max. 5 minutes) introductory video. The structure of the video should be as follows:
- The video should be recorded in English.
- State your name, nationality, and location.
- Briefly introduce your university and faculty.
- Please, let us know what are the biggest challenges your university/faculty is facing or about to face.
Important notice: Please, we kindly ask you not to exceed the five-minute duration of the video!!
(2) SAP Topic:
During the course, we will be distributing you in groups according to the three topics which mostly relate to your Strategic Action Plan. Please, think about your SAP and indicate the potential SAP title and the three topics in order of preference that mostly relate to your SAP. Of course, we know that this might slightly change during the first phases of the course! ;)

- SAP title: Your Title
